Notification problem

In the notification bar the notification are coming but from which app they are coming is not showing.........can anyone help to resolve this issue i tried to factory reset the device but nothing happened. 

I'm using samsung m51

In the first screenshot it is showing that there are 2 notification from 2 chat in WhatsApp but in the second screenshot it is just showing the message directly not showing from which app.

I don't know this will solve your issue. I was getting Notification sound,but no Notification messages. Then realised it has to do with reminder Notification. Search Notification in setting. In advanced setting , you can see the reminder Notification and then turned off the reminder Notification . It may help if this is the issue
