Not receiving One UI 5 Android 13 update on my Samsung galaxy M13 5g

Guys I bought a Samsung M13 5g from Amazon on February 28. I setup the phone and also had received a small update. But haven't received the one UI 5 Android 13 update yet. As far as I know the update had released in January. Is there a problem with my device?

Got Android 12 itself. After setup got a september 2022 update, not one ui 5 android 13
