Not getting incoming call notification

I am using the samsung Galaxy M30s ,

When I am Speaking  to caller 1 and during that  if caller 2  calls me I do not get any notification or any heads up that I am getting a call from caller 2 while speaking to caller 1 ,and even if I go to my phone app to check my caller Id  or mistcall alert, it is not informing me that caller 2 has called only .

I have already spoken to your representative  Ms.Anjali and she requested me to type out my complaint here ,shes also given me a reference no 8438343182 .

It would be great if you could rectify this problem as a phone basic feature is receiving and making calls and this is a very big bug in this  phone which I am using now .

Do you have call waiting activated? What do your caller two hear when he tries to call you when you are on A call already?

yes he gets that busy tone and yes call waiting is activated

If you getting a busy tone then try to activate Call waiting by obtaining a specific number from ur carrier

Sometimes Activating Call waiting doesn't work from call settings. So call their customers care and ask for a number to activate call waiting.

Btw you can try resetting you Phone app meanwhile.

Please, check if call waiting option is activated or not?
call settings>supplementary services>enable call waiting option

1.goto settings-apps-3dot-reset app preference.
2. clear the cache and data for phone app
3. Then restart your device.
