Not able to save message center number ||Message getting failed

Dear Team,

 

this is to inform you that i am not able to send text message from my Samsung M31 phone.

Message getting failed once i check the message setting message center number is not set and once i try to set and save the message center number getting error/message nuber not saved.

And once i incert same SIM in another phone i am able to send message.

 

So this is my request to please help and also let me know if any more setting require for message app setup.

call your service provider and discuss on this issue

Its a common issue. Put your SIM in other phone and then into your phone

This service provider problem it auto updates.Call your Telcos.

Dear, After switching on the phone and you must have inserted that sim card which is not able to send messages.

Then remove the same sim card from the slot and insert the new sim card (anyone) but remember it should be of the same operator and should be placed in the same slot. After that send message from the new sim card if shows sucessfully, then remove this sim card and place the old one in the same slot no need to change the centre hope it works.

i am also facing the same issue.
i have samsung galaxy note 10+
i inserted nio sim in slot 1 and airtel roaming sim (which is from another state) in slot 2. i am not able to set the message center number. when I inserted the sim in another phone. everything working fine.
that sim is important for me.
could someone please suggest a solution ?

I am facing same issue in m51. I tried to change sim slot. then I bought new sim of Vi but issue is still persisting
