Not able to restore my Gallery Data from Samsung Cloud .

Why my Gallery Data is being deleted from Samsung Cloud??? I've taken Backup of All my Data including Gallery before Factory Resetting my device but now I'm not able to restore my Gallery Data .. Even it's showing me that I've used 8.2 GB of Samsung Cloud Space but I'm not able to Restore my Gallery Data .. (Of about 5.8GB)

if not then why it's showing Gallery Data of about 5GB in Samsung Cloud..M
