No missed call notification by default Phone app

Im not getting any kindda missed call notification by its (M40) default Phone app. No pop.up....no badge.icon or its gtsr supported vibrt while pick.up.

Nb: it works if I go for safe mode yet!

 Can anybody help with this issue!??

Go to default Phone then 3 dots -> then Calls to show -> enable All calls

Ru able to see 3 dots in top right corner when you open Phone app ( Call option)

step 1 - force close the Phone Call app from settings
step 2 - Switch off the Phone; do not restart
step 3- Switch On the Phone
Step 4 - Open Phone Call app
Step 5 - allow notification
step 6 - Enjoy
