No Galaxy Themes app OR Themes setting in Galaxy M02!

I cannot seem to change themes in my M02... After reading articles online I found out that the Galaxy Themes icon has disappeared from the screen following an update and has to be switched on in Themes settings in the phone.

Which I do not have! 

Please help.

Type galaxy themes in finder search..

Nothing shows up. I can't find it in the Galaxy Store either.
