Currently samsung m52 has security patch of 1st nov. So when do i expect its next update will be. I am thinking at the end of this month may be!

Perhaps alongwith One UI 4.0 based Android12 update in whatever month it is coming April or May.

Just like @Daytona500 mentioned in their comment, the Galaxy M52 5G will receive the latest Android 12 update with OneUI 4.0 by May 2022 or earlier. This has been posted to the official list available on the members app by Samsung India. To answer your question and extend @Daytona500's reply, the Galaxy M52 5G will be updated with the latest security patch with the Android 12 update - OneUI 4.0
