The Network of the Galaxy M35 5G is really weak. It always disconnects with the wifi between 2 rooms. And the Sim netwrok is also weak. It can not send sms verification for Gpay from inside my room, I had to go out in open area to send that sms.
Can anyone has any solution for this?

1. Wi-Fi Keeps Disconnecting Between Rooms
Causes: Aggressive battery saving or weak antenna calibration.
Fixes:

Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > [Your Network] > Tap Gear Icon > Advanced
→ Turn OFF “Switch to mobile data” & Enable “Wi-Fi always on during sleep”.

Turn OFF Battery saver mode during Wi-Fi use.

Try resetting network settings:
Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.

2. Weak SIM Signal & SMS Not Sending Indoors
Fixes:

Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode → Set to 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto).

SIM tray issue? Gently clean and reinsert the SIM.

If dual SIM, try using the other slot.

Enable Wi-Fi Calling if supported:
Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi Calling → ON. Helps with SMS/Calls indoors.

Bonus Tip:
Check Samsung Members app > Diagnostics > Mobile network & Wi-Fi to test hardware. If weak, visit service center—antenna module might need inspection.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Check Settings: Do you get any error pop up, on connecting your device to a Wi-Fi network?
Note: Any prompt that says "Authentication Error" is related to an incorrect password. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance regarding changing your Wi-Fi network password.

● Forget the Network: Settings>Connections>Wi-Fi>Wi-Fi network> Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.

● Reset Network Settings: Settings>General Management.>Reset>Reset Network Setting.

● Restart the Router and Mobile Device: → Switch off your Router (at the wall or with the power button on the router) and wait for 2-3 minutes before switching it on. While you're waiting, press the Power button on your mobile device and select Restart.
→Once the router has been successfully connected to the internet again, try to connect to your network on your mobile device.
→ Make sure there is no interference between the router and your mobile device. Concrete walls, fridges, and microwaves can all interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.

● Disable flight mode:→ Kindly check and disable the Airplane/Flight Mode on your device.
→Check Flight Mode by swiping down notification panel on your device with two fingers to access all of the Quick Settings.
→Find the Airplane/Flight mode option and turn it off.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Try using the 2.4GHz band instead of 5GHz (2.4GHz has better range).
