May be it's your area have weak network, so it often switch between best network between 2g to 4g.. it's my opinion....

And Signal Reseption Is Low

Because you are using dual sim
If you use only single airtel sim it won't change i have tested this try once

Then go to Network settings and change auto to 4G

There is no such option of only 4G, it's auto(4G/3G/2G).
