I hv observed my m31s loses net connection frequently where as old on8 have no issues and works seamlessly. Any suggestions?

RESET APN TO DEFAULT

NOW REMOVE SIM AND REINSERT IT

NOW YOU WILL GET CONFIGURATION SETTINGS FOR INTERNET FROM YOUR NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER

SAVE IT
AND
RESTART YOUR DEVICE

NOW CHECK STILL PROBLEM ??
