I am using Samsung Galaxy M01 handset from 3 days with Jio sim but there is always low signal bars as like 1 or sometimes 0 bars but in same place when I using same jio sim with different brands handset there is always 2 to 3 signal bars so the internet speed & network signal strength in my Samsung handset is very week that's why I am facing lots of problems. Kindly request Samsung team to improve this issue urgently

one time resrt access point to default not sloved Wait for update brother and also send feedback to samsung

Jio and Airtel LTE Networks are very unstable in samsung phones. You could find some network setting from youtube. It may be help you. But not sure. Its all depends upon which chipset are you using.

go to general management > reset > reset network settings.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:


* Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
