Network issue

Dear samsung 

I am using samsung M51 and I am facing download speed issues because of 4g+ not enabled ,

When switch to one app to another internet is not working like normally I need to close previous app then only current app give me internet speed otherwise it's buffer

After paying 23k for m51 I am not expected this from samsung

If you what still can fix this issue through update sd730g is however supporting 4g+

I hope this feedback will consider

That's right. Even Chinese lower budget phones have better download and upload speed. I have checked it myself.

M51 is not more than a camera phone.

M series will never have 4g+ enabled. This is the only way they differentiate between A-series and M series and justify prices. I would suggest you return the phone if it is under the time limit and get something else like OnePlus Nord or something. There are so many other options at this price point with better built and camera.

experiencing network buffering on location where my earlier phone redmi k20 worked fine.also some times sim 2 drops network and never connect back ,I had to switch off and reset the phone.pls enable better performance via 4g + network to work in poor network area, via update.never expected this from Samsung...
