Yes I am having same issue, it buffers and buffers for even small video or audio in youtube or whatsapp attachment or audio like gaana / wynk etc.

- Forgot and Resetted my Wifi.
- Cleared Bluetooth App Cache and data.
- Resetted Network in Settings
- At last Factory Resetted my phone

Nothing work. This is one of the worst phone I have ever see.
