Galaxy MIn my M30s when I use BSNL SIM it shows 2G only. The same BSNL SIM when inserted in another phone shows H or H+. I tried both the slots and the result was the same. But every other SIM shows 4G in the M30s . Only BSNL SIM has this issue and I got a new BSNL SIM too, which also behaved the same. Since the BSNL SIM works well in other mobiles, the issue doesn't pertain to their network.
I tried all settings available as per the standard procedure and as per Samsung Customer Care Agent. But there was no change in the situation. Can Samsung Technical Team offer a solution to this?

As per your query, kindly contact your network service provider once to make sure there is no issue from their end as you have already tried the possible steps. In case the issue still occurs, we would request you kindly visit the service center and inspect your device with the technical team end, they will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.

Galaxy MI visited the Samsung Customer Care centre in Jayanagar, Bengaluru ,yesterday(03-10-24). They reinstalled the software. But the problem persists. They blamed the network provider(BSNL). But they have no proper answer why the sim is then working fine in other brand mobiles.

Galaxy MI also facking same issue in my M12.
Samsung is not taking responsibility and asking me to get Jio network.
But Bsnl working very fine in any another brand mobile
Never ever purchase samsung phone, and any item of this brand
