There is no native feature in Samsung phones to display the network speed. However you can download any third party app from play store. If this resolve your query kindly click on the three dots and click accept as solution.

There is no Speed indicator in any Samsung Devices due to representing the network speed with real-time internet usage this may reduce the life time of network adapter and it will decrease the speed of your internet, So it will be not avaliable  untill it is proved completely safe by Samsung. so it is not safe to use the speed indicator.
