Galaxy Mi have two sim card 1)vi ,2)jio
. .when i insert both sim in my m21 (sim 1-vi /sim 2-jio) .vi network started 4g >3g>2g . Continually switching single in every 3-4mints . ..not stable.. but
if i remove the jio sim and insert only vi sim then its works fine .....if i insert both sim again its started again .
i already checked multiple time ..also check on another phone .vi work properly..
i think its samsung fault. not vi ....their phone can't handle dual sim with dual 4g signal.
if anyone also facing this problem on galaxy m21 or any other model kindly comment on this post .

Erasure was successful '
This step should enable both sims to work. This resolves the problem of the sim that doesn't function when inserted alongside second sim, but the same functions when it's taken out & inserted in other palmtop/phone handset. For example, if you've two sims vi & jio. You insert both sims in palmtop/phone handset number 1. You'll discover that only one sim is functioning, let's say sim jio. sim vi isn't working. But, if you insert sim vi in another/second palmtop/phone handset number 2, you're surprised to find that sim vi is working, you are able to send/receive calls/messages with sim vi in second palmtop. This problem is resolved by tapping on ##002# string on your keypad. You also make a call to customer care of your service provider if your problem isn't resolved by steps mentioned by me.
If you find my suggestions/tips useful as an answer/solution to your question/problem, then please accept it as useful answer/solution by tapping on three dots on right hand side of this post.
