My Galaxy app not working..

Recently i noticed that when i try to start My Galaxy app it says there is a update. But when i try to update, it fails.. Any solution ? It's been few weeks now..

Try to update after restarting the device.

restarting didn't worked. I thought update will fix but then i got march security update, still same..

Click on the storage of the app and clear its data. Then clear your phone cache, restart the device and try to update again.

I cleared app cashe, data and then after restaring the phone still same.. is there anything else i can try ? what did you mean by clear phone cashe?
