I blocked both incoming call and messages from an unknown number which sends me links in messages, but still i receive messages from that number  i am shocked ,someone please help me

Which Phone Model??? Which app did you use as you can block spam calls via default app on Samsung but messages you have to use a direct app

Contact the service provider. On which sim are you getting it?

Go to block numbers in call setting and just paste the number there. Also sometimes spammers just change number by a digit so we think it's not getting blocked. Actually turns out to be a slightly different number. Just check that as happened to me

I have installed voice/ call recording system with help from Samsung assistant. It was running fine. Actually it was installed by Samsung it self by my consent. But since few days it has stopped recording of calls .I tried to solve the problem but couldn't succeed. Can any one/Samsung guide me in this regards ?
