Main menu is not opening after upgrading Android 10 one ui in M30s

Hi There,

I upgraded my M30s yesterday with Android 10 via update.

After upgrade i am not able to access main menu. i tried multiple reboots and also tried multiple shutdowns but no luck. i am not able to access my main menu.
@samsung please help to avoid the issue

when you hold the power button it will ask to power off restart and all. there on the power off option hold it and it will show safe mode.then click on that

yep .. tried.. Safe mode .. in safe mode also same issue

then reset mobile is only option for you. back up and reset.

Let the phone stay idle for a bit after rebooting, if it still doesn't work then clear cache from recovery and reboot.
