Magnetic Compass is not working

The magnetic campass on samsung galaxy m12 is not working. 

I dont know why...

And when i download app its say no magnetic sensor or no magnetometer is available on your device

Does anyone have any suggestions to overcome this problem

No you can't use compass .
Your device lacks magnetic sensor

M12 doesn't have compass feature, it lacks magnetic sensor

Irony is that M10s ( ₹9000 ) support "compass" but its upgraded version "m12" doesn't, if i exclude processor of m10s then it was much advanced samsung device, even had secure folder, amoled display, smart view & software knox support which lacks in many recently launched samsung device till 20k

Bro again same is the case with Samsung m02.Samsung m01 have face recognition also have much more advanced features than m02.But its upgraded m02 doesn't have the same.I don't know should we call them upgraded or downgraded..🤣

My device doesn't sport magnetic compass ,is it possible anyway to download

I am using android phone since 2014 , all phones works on compass, put this phone is not working , I think Samsung is 3class company and I will upload video on net this is serious Matters.
