hello, recently i bought samsung galaxy m55s from Amazon, but in the past i was using samsung f23 5g. 
problems are coming out from camera, battery and some missing features that i dont know are only from my side or have public problems.

Camera - 
*wide angle camera is worstwith full of grain and qualities compromised 
* camera optimization is zero , pre and post photos optimization is same nothing changed by scene optimizations 

Battery- 
* drain too fast as compared to my last samsung f23 , music (3-4 % drop) if using for 1 hour but now its drop direct 8-11% 

* Voice Focus feature is missing during call

its not a monster , if it is ? then prove it samsung

M55s is nothing but the rebranded version of m55 and f55.

rebranding is not a big issue but the reason for rebrand should be the improvement in rebranding, samsung have remove many feature s here with the name of m55s , i think my f23 was great

You are right, my issues are exactly same. Battery draining like crazy. Battery Charging taking hours and draining in few minutes. Camera is like 10 year old. I bought this m55s as spare mobile. M52 is Far better than this m55s. I am glad I have another mobile. Regretting about this one M55s. 😥 my mom told me "don't buy it's on sale". I was like "it's new it will be better". better dur worst hogya 😭.

and i buy because i was believing that samsung relaunch means improved version but i am disappointed here because of battery drain and camera post picture quality... i know raw photo doest look good thats why each smartphones companies work on post photo processing to enhance photo qualities with rich colour and here camera optimization not working..

You can buy anything but do not get anything which has the name S specially in mid range phones

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. Please share the log file (and for the camera issue also). Share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to further investigate and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
