M52 5G will not get Android 14.

I reached out to Samsung about this. This was their answer. Don't you guys think that Upper mid rangers from 2 years back should get Android 14 when phones today much cheaper phones like M34 5G are getting full 4 years OS upgrades ( in my case I am using M52 5G which I bought for 24000 and M54 is like 16000).

Bro I won't suggest buying M series or F series again because this are budget phones and are for students and for parents only. This phone is focused only for those who doesn't know how to update their phone **bleep** they don't know what's in the settings. All they don't care, just use news , YouTube , Instagram nothing more. Just buy A series or S series phones next time I suggest okay?

That is not how this works. The date of release of the phone decides which phone is eligible for which update.
I am an m52 user myself and I was well aware that we won't get the Android upgrade but we will still get the Android security update.
