Yes Many times, also Did factory Reset. Just happened after the new update.

Oh kk then try to contact the Samsung Support(+91 1800 5726 7864) through what's app and and report this issue to them.

Mine fast charging working fine after update also camera performance is same as before. You should go to service center as it seems like hardware problem in your unit.
Also one more thing the screenshot you showed is normal, you can't unable disable fast charging during charging (it greys out) so its normal

About cable charging, either your port pins got short out or their is some problem in cable/adapter of your device.

while charging this option changing to fast charging and normal charging is unavailable for all ... unplug the charge then change the option ..
