M51 in call loudspeaker mic problem

When i put my call in loudspeaker whom i call they can't hear my voice properly too low voice comming but when i put back to earpiece then ta mic working properly  Before buying m51 i heard about this issue and i am also facing this.please fix this issue.i don't know this happen all the time or not because after buying i check this problem it was not there I don't know after the new update it started.

Please update if you get it fixed, currently I'm trying with service centers.

twice the service center people said the phone is ok because they make a call for 5 min and determine there's nothing wrong.
I called up Samsung and they told me to give the phones to service center again. they'll talk to the staff there this time.
