I am using samsung m51 but from last night my display is changing colours automatically. I don't why this is happening I already spend 7.5k rs for the new display and still I am facing such issues . Is there any solution?
We acknowledge your issue and would request you to please report the problems of your Samsung smartphone with a log file. And also share a short video clip for better understanding. Please share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence by using the error report option via the Samsung Member application. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send). Also If you have changed the display you have three months display warranty and you can claim it at the service center.
Samsung customer care saying you are only one person addressing this display issue.....but when i check on samsung community.....then the truth come ahed..... Was he on other planet that he couldn't see too many complaints... Shame on Samsung
