Hey guys I just got my first ever Samsung phone M51 few days back but I am regretting it now...the battery performance is not up to mark...so to test i completely charged my mobile to 100% and power saving mode was on and wifi was off...the mobile charged as claimed by Samsung inside 2 hours...I turned off the charger but didn't use the mobile...it was idle in power saving mode and no wifi...after 25 minutes I went to check and battery percentage dropped by 2% without using anything...so is my device faulty? Or it's common problem in m51....if it's common then is Samsung going to release update to fix this draining issue? I have still few days left so that I can send it back to Amazon for replacement...what should I do?

i also have the idle battery drain issue.. it looses 2 to 3%.
this is too much for a 7000mah battery.

no apps were running also I was using power saving mode which stops many services and wifi was off too...if still any apps are running then is there a way to find that? I find it disappointing that at idle the battery dropped 2% in 25 minutes 😑

- Battery optimization:- Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care>Optimize>Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question). Kindly send us the screenshot (which apps are consuming most of the battery).

many members are getting this battery draining problem..either the devices you send to us is defective or you need to give us updates which solves this battery draining problem. Thanks

Samsung **bleep** bana raha hai hum logo ko carrier agrigation support karte hai lekin disable karke rakha hai poco m2 pro super download speed my m51 lot off network issue compair other smart phone very poor Internet connectivity..

Samsung is doing big mistake....they need to give proper devices in this range or else Chinese companies will again claim number 1 spot in India...even Micromax is coming with good phones now..Samsung don't make me regret
