M51 auto restart issue

Hi guys..from last week this auto restart issue started for my m51. It's been total 3 times till now.

This is showing in samsung members app and already shared logs with samsung team. 

What to do guys.. I am afraid if this will happen more and more in future , then it might damage the motherboard like exynos M series phones.

Even last year I had faced display discoloration issue in my M51. Samsung is not doing proper quality control and making **bleep** phones and robbing users.

I mean have you unistall any other app or did things like clearing cache or restating your phone on your own any other thing.

Nothing..only uninstalled android system webview

Motherboard issue. Replace your device motherboard

They will charge you 9000 to replace the motherboard for their own update failear.

How is your mobile now brother? Do you try to contact Samsung service center 🤔?

Contacted them through WhatsApp and sent them logs. They just reply to you with those as usual troubleshooting steps..nothing more. But I had asked them to highlight this issue with the senior technical team.
