M33 5G has already completed it's Software Policy long ago, so it won't get any future updates.

I guess if they did so then it will be it's 4th OS upgrade, which I'm uncertain about. Also I'm not sure if the device could handle the update.

I think no.
Because I'm using Galaxy M53 5G.
Samsung promised only 2 OS updates and 4 years security patch update for Galaxy M53 5G and Galaxy M33 5G but we got additional 1 OS update (android 15, OneUI 7)

Maybe if Samsung thinks to release one more OS update, then we will get.
Let's wait and see.
