Why samsung doesn't give android 12 update in galaxy m32..what was the reason..if you doesn't care about this model then why you sold it.it doesn't support carriear aggregation,not a good network quality,battery drain fast many problems.

m32 is in quarterly security updates...so 3 months are over..and you'll get it

Release in June is almost impossible.

In mid July in possible.

Also as I know it is on April security patch.

4 months old patch you will get!

Please ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection to your mobile. Downloading via a mobile network may result in additional charges.
Please ensure enough storage space in your device.
Please ensure your device has sufficient battery for updating software. (above 50%)

App's screen>>Settings>>software update>>download and install>>Checking for a software update>>Software update available>>download>>Downloading updates>>install now.

Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.
Or you can install software through:

How to perform software update via smart switch PC.
Step1: Connect your mobile phone via USB cable.
Step2: Tap on update (If available).
Step3: Tap on continue.
Step4: Tap on all confirmed.
Step5: Downloading software update.
Note: It will take some time to update the device software.

If your issue will be not resolved, please follow this path to register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).

Note. please attach the error log file within 15 minutes of the error occurring.
