Answer that technical support sent for asking when they want to release android 12 for M32 4G?

They said due to technical issues you wont get it soon.

No new time is announced.

I heard that the ROM can cause hardware failure and they fear that a crowd of users go to Samsung centers for repair after update, since all of M32 4G are under warranty now.

Just remember that in 2020, they pushed an update to (I think) M31 which bricked all the phones that installed it.

They must have had a lot of monetary loss then. And frankly, I'd rather not have my device bricked officially.
