In m31s, it closes the multi window feature so the phone doesn't heat much. I live in hot climate and it is impossible for me to live without using multi window. The most example is, if I'm doing video call and chatting at the same time or using any other app while video calling,,it won't let me allow.it says the feature has been closed to let the phone cool down. Why is that?I paid Samsung to use the phone how I want to, not for limitations. If any of the Samsung customer care parson reading this. Please remove this through OTA. It's irritating and you can't limit your customer's usage just because of your non efficient chip. I also talked to the helpline via chat, and they just denied saying the phone doesn't has this feature. If not then why the UI pop up the msg saying multi window closed.
