Galaxy MWaste of spending time behind running around all these..
If you go to Service Center they will say Motherboard issue and it will cost you..
However the phone is almost 2-3 years old now.. After few days more complications will arise however..
Better go to another new phone because 2 times of OS Upgrade is already done for Samsung M31s. It won't have any more OS Update, so better continue using the same device for a period of time until the condition get worse. Then directly go for a new better device...

Galaxy MFollow this steps make sure 90% chance its solve it
1) poweroff your galaxy smartphone
2) press and hold power button and volume up button
3) release when samsung logo are here
4) press volume down button and select wipe cache partition
4) select yes and wait for 2 seconds
5)last step select restart option and restart your smartphone
