M31 no sim card inserted error

Recently, I have purchased m31 the thing is  while on call it suddenly shows no sim inserted and the call drops tried replacing the sim slots  even restarted several time but no luck. Can anyone guide me how to fix it?

Please check if you have inserted SIM Card properly in the dedicated slot.
