My samsung M31 can't detect my boAT Bluetooth headphone. What could be the reason? Bluetooth is ON in the phone as well in the headphone.

 1. Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier

Again turn on Bluetooth> Scan> Tap on the Bluetooth device

If not worked then ;

 2. Please follow these instructions here > Settings > Apps > Show System Apps > Bluetooth Share / Bluetooth Test > Storage > Clear cache/data.

After even not worked then try below steps

3. Reset network settings >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)

First go to settings>apps>click 3 dots at top right corner>select show system apps>scroll down to Bluetooth>select it>clear data/cache and try
or
if problem still persists

go to settings>general management>select reset>click on reset network settings

also, check if your headphone is properly charged or not..
