M31 Battery drain and Slow operation

1) M31 battery drains fast in night. almost 10% decrease observed in idle state at night. Have done all the things like no location, accuracy, optimized mode. Apps background data off.

2) even though having 8 GB Ram it's very slow in normal operation. Normal restart when done takes 10 seconds to be stable and open apps

just visit samsung care and tell him to update software, issue will be resolved

take backup before update, because they will do factory data reset, and all data will be erase

ya but may be u have updated it from phone and may be due to phone internet connection sometimes firmwares aren't downloading properly,

care will update same firmware but it will improve performance because they have already original firmware and they are doing it offline, so, it will be installed smoothly in one shot and without any error or interruption..

same i have faced in M31 in sept and this way it was resolved.

yeah i am also facing battery drain issue in my m31.

it is software issue i filed a complaint and samsung said they will fix it in new update

one of the main reasons of battery drain is background activity,
even you close apps but they uses ur battery and running in background unnecessary, see image(1) and read the statement.
2nd due to huge notification options.
for e.g ; Google has huge notification which we don't need at all see image(2) just scroll up and down and check how many notification it does have.
So do these settings to stop, which consume battery unnecessarily.

1. Settings>>Connection>more connections settings> disable nearby device settings

2. Settings>>Location>improve accuracy >disable

B. Bluetooth scanning .
