In my M30s mobile,Try multiple otg with multiple devices but not show otg or connected device with otg.
Try on another m30 s device show same problem.
Check on multiple otg check apps, all show device support otg then why not working in my mobile or other m30 s mobile I tried.
Same otg work in other Samsung models and other company mobiles.
Why otg option is not there in settings in Samsung mobiles. 
If device is not otg supporting why all apps and websites show that device is otg supporting.
Any solution of this problem.

I don't know i have the galaxy tab A7, the other supports there, i connect a pendrive with it the otg is supported

Provide feedback to samsung developers via feedback section(ask questions section), they need a minimum no. Of feedback from individual users (respect to no. of sales of device across all platforms), to add a premium feature. To provide feedback in samsung members app, Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask questions. If you want quicker action, write on every channel, whatsapp, samsung members app - ask question and error report, ceo escalation desk, service head desk, call toll free no. , support email of samsung, etc.

I am using M30s... OTG working fine... 🤔🤔... Do this

Connect OTP try other file manager apps like Mi file manager or File manager by in short.. some times Inbuilt manager may not work...

If you are using case or flip cover.. remove that and try...

I am using SanDisk OTP type C pen drive it's working fine...
