Lagging issue in the phone may be caused by:- Low internal memory or faulty memory card. Kindly perform the following quick steps and be assured that this should resolve the issue:-
1) Free some internal memory - Settings > Device Care > Storage (at least 20% internal memory free).
2) Close background running apps - Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps.
3) Check software update - Settings > Software Update > Download and install.
If issue still persist, kindly send us attached log file through error report section from Samsung Member, so that we can provide you exact solution: (Samsung member > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports ).
Note: Send error report log file within 15 minutes of issue occurred.
