This phone is not charging. Even after an hour of charge the phone battery increases by only a per cent. Any solution for the same, apart from factory reset.
cheak charger and device port ....but I recommend you to factory reset once ..because sometimes for software glitch it's also can happened....or if charger port or charger destroyed then also it can happened
charge in cool conditions check charger port for any dirt clean with a toothbrush try charging with another charger or charge via laptop connection👍👍👍👍
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.
2. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.
Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.

I have observed for many days, and came to conclusion that it charges only when the temperature is cold, especially in morning. It fails to charge in the peak afternoon to evening. The phone hardware is fine btw.
