I can confirm that M30s Network Reception issue has been fixed now .. 

I've compared with it Galaxy M20 side by Side ..

Left One is M20 and Right one is M30s ..

This is wrong comparison.

Always compare with SAME Operator sim cards, if  Vodafone then Both phone should have Vodafone SIM Cards.

Then Check Signal Strength : Lower the  Value means best signal

-60  : Best

-100+ : Worst

Kindly compare with sim cards of same operator. Also, if possible check with any Motorola phone, you will see the difference.
