M30s Back Camera Blur Problem

Someone help me .. i m using m30s nd my camera is not focus blure aarah h yaar koi help karr do plzzz

Strange!

Try these steps-
• Go into camera settings > reset settings. Check if the problem is fixed. If not...
• Restart your phone
• If it's still not fixed, go to Settings > Apps > Three dot menu > Reset app preferences. Please note that this will reset all the default apps that you have set, it will also reset the notification settings for all apps. And it will enable apps that you have disabled. So if you need any such settings, note them down.

Back camera quality in indoor and low light conditions very pathetic. Pictures has very less details. If you zoom picture you easily notice it.

Have you enabled beauty mode for rear camera? Try to capture pics or videos disabling this. I have seen difference let me know what you notice.

Hi there,

Kindly follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue in your device.
1- Set the high camera resolution (Open camera > on the top of the screen ratio option is available (next to the timer option) > select 3:4 H for higher resolution).
2- Turn on the Auto Flash (If Available in the Device).
3- Reset the Camera (Camera > Settings > Reset of camera setting).
4- Software update via FOTA or Smart switch PC suite.
