As it is regularly / frequent every 15min the issue is with currupted boot partition. Try resetting 1s but I'm sure it doesn't solve because boot partition doesn't change with formatting. Only thing you can do is to reflash firmware using odin. I suggest you to visit service center for this if you don't know how to do.
Even reinstall doesn't fix then it is hardware related motherboard issue. Generally it won't.

And don't believe that it's a software bug. Next time if possible use smartswitch atleast for major updates.

Also don't believe service center too they will say motherboard issue for every small thing.

I also faced this issue couple of months ago..till now no solution for it .. it's all about android 10 update things.. best thing to handle while update a software proper internet or update by smart switch option or go to service centre with free of cost...

Hi Samsung CC,

We all have tried the same things many times, is there any other protocol that needs to be followed?? Please don't suggest like a standard statement, first go through our problems and what we all are facing then suggest a way forward. I have literally fedup with running daily to Customer care and listening to their. statements. It will be very helpful for me if u can provide your nodal officer contact details to me or else finally i have to take shelter of law.

Regards

Prabhu
