M20 screen problem

Problems are-
1. Screen stops working touch donot work, after locking and unlocking the phone screen starts working
2. Touch works by its own and randomly touches everywhere in the screen, this problem is solved by locking and unlocking the phone.
3. This is worst problem, touch gets freeze and even after locking and unlocking the it donot resolve, after 10-15sec its resumes and start working

Frequency of appearing of problen is 5-10mins.
I have already visted service centre 2 times and called call centre 3times am not getting the proper solution for the problem.

*even while typing this post touch got hanged and started touching randomly*
