turn of device.
then press power and volume up button same time untill automatic entered recovery mode.the see wipe cache partition selelet it and press power button and then yes.after that restart the device.be carefull Don'T select factory reset.

Hi there,

We would suggest you to follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 1) Ensure that network frequency of your device is selected on Auto-mode.

Settings > Connections >More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE)

2) Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset network settings).

3) Check via other SIM card in the device and also try using different network operators.

If still issue persists then we would suggest you to contact your service provider.
