M20 Has not support Samsung music player and samsung secure folder.

Samsung has resolve this problem via new update. Because this apps are commonly and very use full apps.please kindly update this apps.

Few application not available on Galaxy M10/M20/M30
Galaxy M series had been developed based on other software platform and device concept compared existing Galaxy devices.

So, some applications/features are not supported and some are changed to downloadable concept on Galaxy M series device.


Example :

Samsung Pay, AOD feature(AOD) are available on only M30 device

Dex, Samsung Pass, Secure Folder, Bixby Voice/Vision, Samsung Cloud, Car Mode, Kids Mode, Easy Mode , live focus , wide selfie and Samsung Knox are not available on Galaxy M series.

Samsung Music and Video, Samsung Gear, Samsung Health, SmartThings will be available to download via Galaxy
