M 31s screen freeze and automatically restart problem after updation

I am facing problem in my Samsung galaxy M31s after updation. I was update my phone on 10 Aug and after complete downloading I click on install button then my phone get auto restart. In the process of restarting my phone''s screen stopped on logo of Samsung galaxy M31s..i tried many time to start but failed. These problem in continue on my phone.after it I went an official Samsung service centre but they don''t even listen the problem carefully and refused any kind of help and told me that the motherboard of your phone is damaged. you should replace it.i was shocked.then I had been visit many service centres of Samsung and they advised me that I should change motherboard of my phone. Which cost is approx 9000rs. it''s equal to Half cost of phone price. How can all of a sudden so many M31s have same problems when the people using are different places and lifestyles.

These issue started after updation. Before updation my phone was working very well. So I reached to these conclusion that all fault generate by your side.and I found that this problem is common in almost every set of Samsung galaxy M31s. So Why I am liable to pay these cost to repairing of my phone.. Pls recognize these issues and give us free of cost motherboard otherwise provide new same mobile piece.

Today will check with the local mobile shop if they have any solution as samsung service center told me that they would need to change the motherboard which will cost 50% of the phone cost. Even if the local shop is not able to solve the issue, will sell the phone.

I am also facing same issue on my M31s just after it completed a year and now warranty is expired.please let us know if any solution

Instead of asking to perform these repeated tasks.. please acknowledge the issue and provide an solution via OTA update or by any other means...that would be of great help.

If you install just limited number of apps in your mobile it won't resolve the issue.. but it reduces the number of times of freeze and auto restarts.
