In Today's update for M31, the document said it is Android 12 and UI 4.1 update. But after update it is still Android 11 and UI 3.

It is definitely not Android 12 UI 4.1 update for M31. I installed the update and confirm it.

You haven't installed it I think as Baseband version is the same.
