I love to make stories and reels through Instagram. I have M31s, When I record a new video the video gets lagging. It makes the video unpleasant.. it only happens on insta snapchat
I know samsung can fix this problem, but it's been 11+ months the issue has not been resolved..

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
