Bad news alert ⚠️ 📢 😢

Samsung just removed link to windows support from one ui 4.1 which was previously supported in one ui 3.1. I can now see a ver basic version of that feature is available which is for evey other android phone. It's very disappointing when you purchase phone with some expectation and later on device update you find a existing feature missing. I would request all M52 users to kindly report this issue so that it can be solved in next update.

I would never recommend Samsung to anyone. Pathetic experience.

Ya, I have seen multiple reports about this.

Please contact any BA members and tell them to report to samsung, along with reporting it to samsung support on call/whatsapp and by tell informing to pass to the required team.

Also, if possible, trend this to Twitter including mentions of samsung and famous tech youtubers.

I have tried contacting support team but their employees are useless. They're unable to understand the issue and repeatedly escalating the case and they never call/mail back. I'm worried 😟

Raise your concern using samsung ceo mail. For many of us, it works. Also, why not ask the support team to redirect the call to a technical expert?

Already I am out of my mind seeing people pay for dead motherboard and display issues after the update, when it's the company's fault, and samsung isn't taking any responsibility, and no one going to consumer court to file any lawsuit for the injustice.

This was the very first step i did. But thanks to Samsung, I didn't get any response from the past 20 days and my error report is still unanswered. This is how samsung is treating their customers? Do samsung perform any quality checks before launching updates? How can a feature be missing after an android update? 😶
