Jio 5g not working samsung m53 5g

Why samsung not fix this issue. Jio true 5g is not working in samsung m53 5g mobile. Airtel 5g working good but jio only shows LTE+.

I don't know samsung how many days to take to resolve this issue.

It work before but not this time.. i always do it like that but now.. after i reset and restart my phone it shows 5g for a second and went back to lte

I tried only 2 days 5g works after that no 5g working in my phone, in other phone working

Yes i am updated latest softare update comes same situation . But try this one. Now my jio 5g working. Please reset your network reset option.
